INTRODUCTION:

Ms Tahani Binte Haseeb is a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, with one year of teaching experience. Currently pursuing an MPhil in Food Science and Technology, she specializes in Food Chemistry and Food Process Engineering, bringing both academic knowledge and practical expertise to the classroom. As part of the role, she serves as a thesis supervisor, oversees laboratory management as the lab in-charge, and is responsible for the collection and organization of e-book data, supporting students in their research and learning.
