I’m Mehak Ahsan, currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science and Technology from Jinnah University for Women. I hold an MPhil in the same field, which has provided a solid foundation for my advanced research. Alongside my studies, I serve as a lecturer specializing in Dairy Science and Technology as well as Food Packaging. My role allows me to engage deeply with students and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in these areas.
